  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp along with tracking details


Shipping Across Pakistan

We offer nationwide delivery through reliable courier partners to ensure the safe handling of our fragile décor items.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

As our products are delicate and handcrafted, we use protective, secure packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We strongly recommend handling packages with care upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure the full payment amount is available at the time of delivery

  • Orders may be declined or returned if the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery


Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are prioritized and processed more quickly.

We accept payments via:

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Incorrect Shipping Information
